Hospice Hope Membership: March 2016

Existing Members

To all our existing member, we would like to thank you for your support during 2015/16, it is most appreciated. Your annual payment for membership of Hospice Hope is now due and an email or letter has been sent to you.  The fee remains at £5 per member and will be valid until 28 February 2017. 

New Members

We would like to encourage anyone who is thinking of becoming a member to do so.  It is a very simple process and only costs £5 per year!

Please click here for our membership renewal/application form, which now offers you the easy option to set up a standing order or pay by internet banking. Cheques, of course, are still most welcome and can be sent to the address on the form. 

If you can’t print out the form, please email your postal address to info@hospicehope.org.uk and a form will be posted to you.

Please consider ‘Gift Aiding’ your membership renewal - by ticking all the boxes on the form we can claim Gift Aid on any past and future donations as well as your membership.

Why renew your membership or become a member?

There are lots of good reasons:

  • You are making a valuable contribution to our fundraising efforts
  • You can vote at the charity's Annual General Meeting
  • There are opportunities to become a more active member, if you want to

But you will get much more than that. By being a member you are part of a close knit, caring family – Hospice Hope. North West Leicestershire is a very special community, and you will be helping us to reach our next goal, namely to open a Day Care Centre for people affected by a life limiting illnesses, which our area badly needs.

Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive a receipt and membership card (by post), plus details of our AGM.  Please keep this card safe, as it will be your proof of membership.
