Tablet Loan Scheme

Hospice Hope is delighted to announce a brand new project, in partnership with Enrych Connect.

Thanks to support from The National Lottery Community Fund, Ashby Hastings Rotary and other foundations, our two charities have been able to join forces and work towards get people online and reducing their social isolation.

We have combined our skills and funding to offer a unique pilot scheme which enables service users as well as anyone in North West Leicestershire living with a disability or a condition leading to a reduction in quality or length of life, help to get online.   The pilot will enable people to utilise new services such as online Support Cafés and groups, as well as healthcare and other vital services.

Referrals will be directed to specialist advisors at Enrych Connect, who will assess digital capability and recommend the technology needed to get the service user online.  Hospice Hope will provide the equipment identified and the two services will encourage users to access the online support services at both charities. Technical support will be given, and people supported throughout the duration of their loan.

We are very excited about this scheme and hope it will reduce social isolation for many people living in North West Leicestershire.   The tablets will enable people to utilise a variety of services, both within the charities and beyond, as well as the ability to communicate with family and friends.

For more information on the scheme or to register an interest in receiving a loan tablet please contact or 07591952027.
