Support Cafés in NWL

Important re Covid-19:

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, Hospice Hope’s four weekly Support Cafés are closed for the foreseeable future in line with Government instructions.  We will re-open our Support Cafés as soon as it is safe for our guests, staff and volunteers.

Hospice Hope runs four friendly drop-in support groups for anyone affected by a life limiting condition.  You could be the person with the condition, their partner/carer or another close family member.

Our Support Cafés offer the opportunity to receive support in a warm and friendly environment, take a break and meet new people.  There's no need to book, just drop in and it is completely free.

Our four Support Cafés can be found in:

Ashby de la Zouch: taking place every Friday from 1.30pm to 4pm at Legion House, South Street, Ashby de la Zouch, LE65 1BQ.

Castle Donington Support Café: taking place on Mondays at St Edward’s Church Hall, St Annes Lane, Castle Donington, DE74 2JH from 2pm to 4pm.

Coalville and Whitwick Support Café: taking place every Wednesday from 1.30pm to 4pm at the Methodist Church, Hall Lane, Whitwick, LE67 5PF

Ibstock Support Café: taking place every Tuesday from 1.30pm to 4pm at the Methodist Church, Melbourne Road, Ibstock, LE67 6JS.

Ashby, Castle Donington and Ibstock all provide free complementary therapies on a fortnightly basis.  Coalville and Whitwick offer fortnightly relaxation sessions and seated chair exercises.  All therapies are provided by local, qualified practioners.
